Staffing Guidelines
Supervisors and staff are familiar with guidelines for staffing patterns and workload requirements. Client service assignments are made with consideration of client service needs, geographical location, staff availability, staff qualifications, and caseload demands. Whenever possible, an attempt will be made to maintain consistence of personnel assigned to clients.
